JACKSONVILLE, Fla. Erin Osment advanced to the National Championship meet after placing 11th in the 10,000-meter event, Thursday night at the NCAA East Regional Meet hosted by the University of Northern Florida.

For the first time in her career, Erin Osment will head to Jacksonville, Fla., to compete in the NCAA East Regional Meet in the 10,000-meter event, May 28-30. Osment is slated to run Thursday, May 28 at 9 p.m.

Three distance runners from the Davidson Women's Track and Field team each registered top-30 finishes at the Duke Twilight Invitational, Thursday night.

Erin Osment was named the Track and Field Performer of the Year after earning two individual titles at the 2015 Atlantic 10 Outdoor Track and Field Championship Sunday at George Mason.
